Quick Start
Stashpad helps engineering-minded individuals jot down quick thoughts, compartmentalize, and jump to what they need - so they're ready for the next challenge.
Enter text in the textbox at the bottom of the screen. Hit space to bring focus to the textbox.
Stashpad's contextual shortcuts are available, depending on which notes or stacks (if any) are selected.
To see which commands are available for a given context, hit cmd k on Mac or ctrl k on Windows/Linux to open a searchable list of commands. You can then select a command with ↑ / ↓ or click it with your mouse. The chosen command will act on any selected notes or stacks, or on the current stack if none were selected.
To select a note, use ↑ / ↓ or click it with your mouse.
To create your first note, hit space to bring focus to the textbox at the bottom of the screen. Then type some text and hit enter.

Stacks are notes that contain other notes or that are explicitly marked as stacks.
Create your first stack by selecting a note and using → to navigate in. Add a new note and hit enter.
